The Lake Attendant is responsible of ensuring we deliver an amazing guest experience at the swimming pool and lake.
The Lake Attendant will play an instrumental role in maintaining the safety and enjoyment of guests.
Lake Attendant team members are responsible for life jacket fitting, enforcement of safety guidelines, and all guest-facing relations at the swimming areas.
SPECIFIC DUTIESOversee activities at the lake and swimming pool facilitiesAssist with proper life jacket fittingExplain and enforce rules, regulations and policies to ensure safety of patronsMonitor designated areas to recognize signs of dangerWarn swimmers regarding unsafe situations, using professional and effective communicationMaintain order in swimming areasRespond to emergencies in an efficient professional manner, including performing first aid procedures anddialing 9 - 1 - 1 when necessaryMaintain cleanliness and orderliness of all areasAssist in the maintenance of inflatable pieces, and communicate any maintenance needs to the Maintenanceand Management teamsProvide superior guest service by being enthusiastic, attentive, friendly, and helpfulThis job description is not intended to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties, or responsibilities.
