Insurance Sales Representative
This established, independent agency is looking for an Insurance Sales Representative to join their team! No experience required! The company has a full training program and will pay for your insurance license! This Direct-Hire opportunity is looking for candidates with a hunter mentality; you know who you are! Our very established firm continues to grow at a record pace, and we are looking for additional Sales Representatives to join our team.

Responsibilities:
- Identify and qualify new prospective customers - Determine prospective and current customer needs - Educate and advise prospective and current clients on product features and benefits - Utilize tools like phone, networking, and working events to grow your sales base - Consistently follow up with prospects for when there is a need - Reach out to old customers and try to win them back with new products and features Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 8:
00 AM - 5:
00 PM (Initial training in the headquarters office in Westerville for up to 6 months depending on experience).
Salary:
$35,000 - $42,000 base
commission (Average first year commission is $2,500 - $4,500 and average second year commission is $3,500 - $6,000).
