Fulfillment Coordinator - Promotional Products

The Fulfillment Coordinator oversees our Ohio office and is responsible for the execution of specialty in-house fulfillment projects.
You will also be asked to administer the purchasing and logistics of our company-owned inventory.
Job Duties/
Responsibilities:
Serve as the day-to-day liaison between iPromo and logistics/warehousing partners Issue resolution Special projects Execute in-house fulfillment projects Manage the Ohio office Re-route mail and shipments from the office to the appropriate location Maintain Inventory of all Equipment at our Office Ship out equipment to employees upon request Log and inventory returned equipment Process company-owned inventory PO's Build SKU's Follow up with vendors Confirm receipt by warehouse partners Reconcile inventory Process orders received on Amazon and eBay Help resolve shipping and logistics issues Missing or damaged shipments Delayed deliveries Refunds and Claims Represent iPromo in a face-to-face manner for clients, suppliers or employees who visit our office Required Skills/Abilities:
Strong background in operations, shipping and fulfillment Basic knowledge and skills with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint) Excellent knowledge of the promotional products industry, purchasing and logistics Experience organizing and presenting data in a clear and concise format Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills Education and
Experience:
Promotional Product/Corporate Gifting Industry experience a plus Experienced with CRM/ERP systems Microsoft Office applications - Specifically Outlook, Excel and Word Powered by JazzHR Recommended Skills Claim Processing Critical Thinking Customer Relationship Management Enterprise Resource Planning Microsoft Excel Microsoft Office Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
